Sales Management Mobile App is a field-first application built for a multi-branch TMT steel distribution business with large on-ground sales teams, warehouse staff, and regional managers. The app replaces paper-based visit logs, phone-based follow-ups, and delayed reporting with a real-time mobile system that captures every sales activity at the source.
The mobile app enables field executives to log visits, create enquiries, size opportunities based on steel tonnage, place orders, submit expenses, mark attendance, and coordinate dispatch, while managers track performance, approvals, and productivity from their phones.

Challenge
From the client perspective, the key challenges were:
Field sales data was captured late and inconsistently
